Knock on wood I’ve never had a single issue with Swag. Voice mails have always been returned quickly. Questions are answered and you don’t feel like you’re getting rushed off the phone. The products are awesome. Shipping is fast and affordable. swag allows small one off shops like mine to make a decent product by turning my cheap Harbor Freight tools into something that actually works good. Just a great experience all around. Quick returned phone calls, very helpful, crazy fast shipping and a hell of a roller. Ill be buying much more dies for the hulk in the very near future. It's a slight roll in these rails. The derlin dies made no marks on the brushed pipe. My harborfreight roller markes up the entire pipe and they need rebrushed. My 2 yrs old grandson could manually roll 3/4" aluminum pipe with the hulk. The other bender is much, much more difficult.
